Fairs

The Comedy & Juggling of Paul Isaak is the ideal performance for Fairs large or small. Paul has been featured on stage at State Fairs, and County Fairs across Canada, and the USA. His comedy stage show is always a hit with audiences of all ages.

Paul demands a big audience at every performance, and he goes the extra mile to ensure that he has one. Whenever possible he takes to the stage ten minutes before show time to start playing with the crowd, and building it in size so that when show time arrives, the house is packed.

His performance weaves together skillful juggling, audience participation, a quick wit, and lots and lots of spectacle. The result is a crowd that grows and grows through out the show.

Isaak doesn't just perform one show. Armed with a wide variety of comedy routines, and juggling antics, Paul's show changes through out the day, so fair guests see a variety of different shows as the fair unfolds.

Isaak draws of this gift to ensure that he has the attention of every student (and teacher) in his audience. Students are delighted with the graceful juggling, and hold their breath for the daring stunts. Finally they cheer for their classmates who become the stars of the show.

Intermingled in all this fun, Isaak is weaving a message that shows students that perseverance and determination is the key to making your dreams come true. Juggling is a perfect metaphor for so many areas of our lives, which allows Isaak to customize his message to cater to any theme that a school may be focusing on.

Hands-On Learning

A popular option for many schools is to follow up on the message delivered during the show, with a series of workshops to teach students juggling and other physical skills. Children amaze themselves at their own abilities when they learn the basics of juggling three balls in just about an hour. While the objective of the workshop is to teach a fun skill, the students are also learning problem solving skills, determination, and self confidence.

The show is for grades K-12. Juggling workshops are best for grades 4 and up. A modified workshop focusing on balance skills is offered for K-3 classes.
